REPEAL OF

NATIONAL INSTRUMENT
45-101 RIGHTS OFFERINGS

 

 

1. National Instrument 45-101 Rights Offerings is repealed by this Instrument.

 

2. This Instrument comes into force on December 8, 2015.

 

3. This Instument may be cited as MSC Rule 2015-29.
