Form 41-101F2 Information Required in an Investment Fund Prospectus is amended in Item 20.2 by (a) striking out “and” at the end of subsection (a); and (b) adding the following after subsection (a): “(a.1) If the valuation principles and practices established by the manager differ from Canadian GAAP, describe the differences, and”. 2. This Instrument comes into force on September 8, 2008. 3. This Instrument may be cited as MSC Rule 2008-15.
