The Order of The Manitoba Securities Commission dated January 24, 2001 was appealed to the Manitoba Court of Queen's Bench. On December 20, 2001, the Court of Queen's Bench issued an Order overturning the Commission Order (Docket #CI00-01-20630 ).
The matter has been appealed to the Manitoba Court of Appeal. No date has been set for the Appeal (Docket #AI02-30-05160).
