TAKE NOTICE that the hearing to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under sections 19(1), 19(2) and 19(3) of the Securities Act, against The Crocus Investment Fund and Charles Curtis, Peter Olfert, Waldron (Wally) Fox-Decent, Lea Baturin, Albert Beal, Ron Waugh, Diane Beresford, Sylvia Farley, Robert Hilliard, Robert Ziegler based on allegations in a Notice of Hearing issued by the Director – Legal and Enforcement on April 4, 2005, has been adjourned, by consent from May 6, 2005 to May 16, 2005 starting at 9:00 a.m., at 1130 - 405 Broadway, Winnipeg, Manitoba at which time motions concerning certain procedural matters will be heard by the Commission.
