TAKE NOTICE The Manitoba Securities Commission (the "Commission") has adjourned the hearing set for July 14, 2005 to August 31, 2005 commencing at 9:00 a.m., to hear any motions that may be made prior to the commencement of the hearing in this matter.

All hearings will be at the Commission offices, 1130 – 405 Broadway, unless otherwise posted.
