TAKE NOTICE THAT, at the request of counsel, The Manitoba Securities Commission (the "Commission") has adjourned the August 31, 2005 motion date. No new date has been set.

The hearing dates set for October 24, 2005 through to November 10, 2005 commencing at 9:30 a.m. remain unchanged.

All hearings will be at the Commission offices, 1130 – 405 Broadway, unless otherwise posted.
