TAKE NOTICE THAT The Manitoba Securities Commission (the "Commission") has set the date of October 6, 2005 commencing at 9:30 a.m. to hear motions prior to the commencement of the hearing in this matter.

The hearing dates set for October 24, 2005 through to November 10, 2005 commencing at 9:30 a.m. remain unchanged.

All hearings will be at the Commission offices, 500-400 St. Mary Avenue, unless otherwise posted.
