Notice

TAKE NOTICE THAT The Manitoba Securities Commission (the "Commission") has adjourned the hearing dates set for October 24, 2005 through to November 10, 2005 to May 1 through to May 19, 2006 commencing at 9:30 a.m. on the following conditions:

each of the Board Members shall provide their undertaking to the Commission that:

i. they resign officer and directorships in any public issuer;
ii. they not accept any officer or director positions in any issuer;
iii. they not trade any securities of any issuer excepting trades made on their personal accounts

and that the undertakings shall continue until either the conclusion of the proceedings before the Commission or at an earlier date on order of the Commission or a court of competent jurisdiction.

All hearings will be at the Commission offices, 500-400 St. Mary Avenue, unless otherwise posted.
