MSC Notice
IN THE MATTER OF: ORDER NO. 2280 AND ORDER NO. 3212
TAKE NOTICE that on August 6, 1998, The Manitoba Securities Commission (the "Commission") issued order no. 2280 (the "Initial Order") which exempted certain registered broker-dealers and salespersons from the requirements of section 6 of The Securities Act in connection with the primary distribution to the public of shares of ENSIS Growth Fund Inc. (the "Issuer");
The Initial Order was inadvertently allowed to expire, but was subsequently renewed pursuant to the Commission’s order no. 3212.
The Issuer and its counsel have undertaken to ensure that future applications for the renewal of the order shall be made on a timely basis.
In lieu of a missed filing fee and in consideration of the administrative costs associated with this notice, a payment in the amount of $1500.00 has been made to the treasury of the Province of Manitoba.
No further action shall be taken in this matter.
