Notice

TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to subsection 29(1) of The Securities Act a hearing was scheduled for April 11th, 12th and 18th, 2001 before The Manitoba Securities Commission at the request of James Richard Hoeschen ("Hoeschen") for a hearing and review of the Decision of the Director, Capital Markets to refuse registration under The Commodity Futures Act. On April 11th, 2001, Hoeschen withdrew his request. A Decision as to costs is pending.
