Notice

TAKE NOTICE THAT the registration of Jory Capital Inc. ("Jory") and Patrick Cooney ("Cooney") was suspended on October 25, 2012 by operation of section 2(d) of The Manitoba Securities Commission Order No. 2650 (as amended).  The Manitoba Securities Commission will be holding a hearing on Wednesday, October 31, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. to consider the request by Jory and Cooney to lift the suspension.
