TAKE NOTICE THAT Jory Capital Inc. has filed a notice of intention to appeal the IIROC decisions dated November 12, 2010 and January 28, 2011.

The first appearance on this matter is scheduled for Wednesday, February 16, 2011 at 10:00 a.m at the offices of the Commission, 500 - 400 St. Mary Avenue, Winnipeg.
