TAKE NOTICE THAT IIROC has filed a Notice of Motion to the Manitoba Court of Appeal requesting leave pursuant to section 30(1.1) of The Securities Act to appeal the decision of the MSC dated December 31, 2010. The motion is scheduled before the Court of Appeal on February 17, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at the Law Courts Complex, 408 York Avenue, Winnipeg.
