IN THE MATTER OF: LONDON PROPERTY MANAGEMENT LTD. operating as LONDON PROPERTY MANAGEMENT and NANCY BUSCH

Notice

TAKE NOTICE THAT on July 14, 2010 Staff of The Manitoba Securities Commission ( "Commission") reviewed with the Commission hearing panel a proposed communications plan which will lead to the distribution of monies to property owners who are owed monies from London Property Management Inc. The communications plan requires staff to send letters to each of the property owners. The letters will advise each property owner how the remaining monies are proposed to be distributed, as well as the specific amount that would be paid to the property owner.

A property owner who does not agree with the proposed plan of distribution will be required to contact Commission staff and will be given the opportunity to make representations to the Commission hearing panel.

A property owner who agrees with the proposed distribution of monies will not be required to take further action.

The Commission hearing has been adjourned to permit staff to carry out the communications plan.

No date has been set for the next appearance before the Commission hearing panel. A date will be set once the communications plan has been carried out and it is determined whether there are objections to the proposed plan of distribution. No distribution of monies can be made without an order being issued by the Commission hearing panel.

Questions concerning the foregoing should be directed to Terry Kirkham, Deputy Registrar - Real Estate Division, phone number (204) 945-2558.

Dated at Winnipeg , Manitoba on July 14, 2010.
