TAKE NOTICE that the hearing to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under sections 8(1) and 19(5) of the Securities Act, against Wellington West Capital Inc. based on allegations in a Notice of Hearing issued by the Director – Legal/Enforcement on February 24th, 2000, has been adjourned, by consent from June 15th and June 16th, 2000 to July 13th and July 14th, 2000, starting at 9:30 a.m. each day, at 1130-405 Broadway, Winnipeg, Manitoba at which time motions concerning certain procedural matters will be heard by the Commission.
