TAKE NOTICE THAT The Director, Legal & Enforcement of The Manitoba Securities Commission issued a Notice of Hearing and Statement of Allegations dated March 19, 2007.

On June 27, 2007, the Director issued a Notice in this matter adjourning the hearing to no fixed date.

Due to the demise of the Respondent, no hearing dates will be set. The hearing matter against the Respondent is discontinued.
