THE MANITOBA SECURITIES COMMISSION MSC RULE 2013-25 (Section 149.1, The Securities Act) AMENDMENTS TO NATIONAL INSTRUMENT 81-102 MUTUAL FUNDS 1. National Instrument 81-102 Mutual Funds is amended by this Instrument. 2. Subparagraph 5.6(1)(f)(ii) is replaced with the following: (ii) the most recently filed fund facts document for the mutual fund into which the mutual fund will be reorganized, and. 3. This Instrument comes into force on September 1, 2013. 4. This Instrument may be cited as MSC Rule 2013-25. 1
