National Instrument 81-106 Investment Fund Continuous Disclosure is amended by this Instrument. 2. Paragraph 3.5(6)(d) is amended by replacing "approved credit rating" with "designated rating". 3. This Instrument comes into force on May 31, 2013. 4. This Instrument may be cited as MSC Rule 2013-18.
