MSC Notice 2004-43 Section 31.1 The Securities Act Section 14 The Commodity Futures Act The Investment Dealers Association of Canada Application for recognition as a Self-regulatory Organization The Manitoba Securities Commission published MSC Notice 2004-36 inviting comment on Commission Order 4496 dated June 30, 2004 which recognized the Investment Dealers Association of Canada as a self-regulatory organization under each of The Securities Act and The Commodity Futures Act. The comment period has now ended and the Commission has made changes to the wording of the terms and conditions contained on the initial Order. These changes are non-material in nature and as a result the Commission is not publishing the changes for a further comment period.
