MSC Staff Notice 2004-27 Local Notice 71-701 Enacting National Instrument 71-101 (MSC Rule 2004-8) The Multijurisdictional Disclosure System and Local Rule 71-801 (MSC Rule 2004-9) Implementing National Instrument 71-101 The Manitoba Securities Commission enacted National Instrument 71-101 The Multijurisdictional Disclosure System as a rule under The Securities Act effective April 21, 2004. To implement the rule, the commission also enacted Local Rule 71-801 effective April 21, 2004. National Policy Statement 45 has been rescinded. April 21, 2004
