New CAO appointed at The Manitoba Financial Services Agency


Winnipeg - The Office of the Minister of Finance has announced the appointment of a new Chief Administrative Officer of the Manitoba Financial Services Agency (MFSA).

 

David Cheop, Q.C., has been appointed as MFSA CAO, as well as Chair and Chief Executive Officer of The Manitoba Securities Commission.

 

Mr. Cheop takes over the role from Don Murray, who retired on November 30. Mr. Murray had served as Chair since 1997.
