TAKE NOTICE THAT the Secretary to the Commission has received notice that Sigmar Mortgage Services LTD. has filed and assignment under s. 49 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (Canada). Caplan and Company Ltd. has been appointed as the trustee of the bankrupt’s estate as of July 29, 2021.
