WILD DOG INCORPORATED and RYAN SOOKRAM,
also known as RYAN SOOKRUM

WHEREAS:

(A) On March 15, 2007, The Manitoba Securities Commission (“Commission”) issued a Notice of Hearing (“Notice”), by reason of the allegations set out in the Statement of Allegations of staff of the Commission dated March 15, 2007 (“Statement of Allegations”), giving notice of its intention to hold a hearing on May 2, 2007 at 9:00 a.m. to consider, inter alia, whether or not it was in the public interest to grant orders pursuant to subsection 19(5), subsection 148.1(1) and section 148.2 of The Securities Act (“Act”) with respect to WILD DOG INCORPORATED (“WILD DOG”) and RYAN SOOKRAM also known as RYAN SOOKRUM  (“SOOKRAM”);

(B) On May 2, 2007, staff of the Commission appeared before a panel of the Commission, no one appearing for the respondents;

(C) Upon hearing the submissions of staff counsel and upon reviewing the Affidavits submitted, the Commission is of the opinion that it is in the public interest to make this order.

IT IS ORDERED:

1. THAT, pursuant to subsection 144(1)(c) of the Act, substitutional service of this proceeding upon SOOKRAM be made by:

(a) service upon any adult at 364 Aldine Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba;

(b) publication of the time, place and purpose of this hearing matter in a newspaper circulated in Winnipeg, Manitoba, CANADA and in a newspaper circulated in Minneapolis, Minnesota, UNITED STATES;

(C) posting of the Notice of Hearing and Statement of Allegations on the Commission’s website.

2. THAT this matter be adjourned to June 20, 2007 at 9:00 a.m.
