THE MANITOBA SECURITIES COMMISSION THE SECURITIES ACT Order No. 6692 Section 148 AND 148.3 April 24, 2013 CASPER DE BEER ALSO KNOWN AS CASHA DE BEER WHEREAS: (A) On May 14, 2012, the British Columbia Securities Commission ("BCSC") issued a Decision against two respondents including Casper de Beer also known as Casha de Beer ("BCSC Decision") ; (B) On January 18, 2013, The Manitoba Securities Commission ("Commission") issued a Notice of Hearing ("Notice") giving notice of its intention to hold a hearing to consider whether or not it was in the public interest to grant orders pursuant to The Securities Act, R.S.M. 1988 c. S50 as amended ("Act") with respect to , inter a/ia, Casper de Beer also known as Casha de Beer ("DE BEER"); (C) On March 20, 2013, this hearing matter came before a panel of the Commission and was adjourned by consent as to DE BEER to April 24, 2013; (D) DE BEER has now consented to the issuance of this Order and has waived his right to a full hearing; (E) The Commission is of the opinion that it is in the public interest to make this order. IT IS ORDERED: 1. THAT, pursuant to section 148 of the Act, DE BEER cease trading in securities, except he may trade and purchase securities through accounts in his own name at one registered dealer, provided that he gives a copy of this order to the registered dealer. 2. THAT, pursuant to section 148.3 of the Act, DE BEER resign any position he holds as, and be prohibited from becoming or acting as, a director or officer of any issuer, other than an issuer all the securities of which are owned by DE BEER or by members of his immediate family. 3.
