DETERMINATION

ALVOPETRO INC.

On March 28, 2013, The Manitoba Securities Commission issued Order No. 6681 dated March 28, 2013 granting exemptive relief to the Applicant in the form contained in the Decision Document of the Principal Jurisdiction, a copy of which is attached.

The Order mistakenly referenced Section 1(1.2)(b) of The Securities Act as the jurisdiction for the granting of the relief instead of Section 13.1 of National Instrument 51-102  Continuous Disclosure Obligations.

This Order is issued effective September 10, 2013.

The Manitoba Securities Commission Order No. 6681 is repealed effective September 10, 2013.
