The Bridge Musical Limited Partnership

WHEREAS:

(A)   The Bridge Musical Limited Partnership (the "Bridge Partnership") applied for and obtained an order pursuant to subsection 20(1) of The Securities Act, Commission Order No. 3336 dated May 17, 2001 ("Previous Order"), exempting certain trades from the registration and prospectus requirements of sections 6 and 37 of the Act.

(B)   Upon further submissions from the Bridge Musical Limited Partnership requesting an extension of time to satisfy the conditions of the Previous Order.

(C)   I am of the opinion it is not prejudicial to the public to make this order.

I HEREBY ORDER pursuant to the delegation to me by the Commission under subsection 4(1) of the Act of the powers in that behalf:

1.  THAT the time to satisfy the condition in paragraph 1(f) of the Previous Order be extended from June 29th, 2001 to July 13th, 2001.
