ALTITUDE RESOURCES INC.
WHEREAS:
(A) By Order No. 7243 dated December 07, 2015, the Director of The Manitoba Securities Commission (the "Commission") ordered under section 147.1(1) of The Securities Act (Manitoba) (the "Act") that all trading in the securities of Altitude Resources Inc. (the "Issuer") cease until it becomes current in its filings with the Commission under National Instrument 51-102 Continuous Disclosure Obligations and the Director revokes the cease trade order as it applies to the Issuer.
(B) The Issuer is now current with its filings.
I HEREBY ORDER under section 147.1(1) of the Act that Order No. 7243 is hereby revoked.
