ICE CLEAR CANADA INC.

 

 

WHEREAS:

 

(A)         On June 16, 2008, The Manitoba Securities Commission (“Commission”) issued Order No. 5719 designating ICE Clear Canada Inc. as a recognized clearing house.

 

(B)         Order No. 5719 was subsequently amended by Order No. 6878 on February, 2014

 

(C)         ICE Clear Canada Inc. is ceasing operations in Manitoba.

 

(D)         The Commission is of the opinion that it is not prejudicial to the public interest to revoke this order.

 

 

IT IS ORDERED:

 

1.                            THAT, pursuant to section 16 of the Act, the designation of ICE Clear Canada Inc. as a clearing house is revoked.

 

2.                            THAT, with the issuance of this order, Order No. 5719, as amended by Order 6878, is hereby revoked as of the date of this order.
