ICE FUTURES CANADA INC.

WHEREAS:

(A)         On June 16, 2008, The Manitoba Securities Commission (“Commission”) issued Order No. 5718 designating ICE Futures Canada, Inc. as a self-regulatory organization and commodity futures exchange.

(B)         ICE Futures Canada, Inc. is ceasing operations in Manitoba.

(C)         The Commission is of the opinion that it is not prejudicial to the public interest to revoke this order.

IT IS ORDERED:

1.                            THAT, pursuant to section 14 of the Act, the designation of ICE Futures Canada, Inc. as a self-regulatory organization is revoked.

2.                            THAT, pursuant to section 15 of the Act, the designation of ICE Futures Canada, Inc. as a commodity futures exchange is revoked.

3.                            THAT, with the issuance of this order, Order No. 5718 is hereby revoked as of the date of this order.
