REVOCATION ORDER

Under the securities legislation of Manitoba (Legislation)

James Daniel Rudyk

(each referred to separately as the Insider)

 

Ag Growth International Inc.

(the Issuer)

 

 

1.    On November 14, 2025 the Manitoba Securities Commission ordered under section 147.1(1) of the Act that all trading by the Insider in the securities of Ag Growth International Inc. cease until the Issuer files the Required Filings and the order is revoked.

 

2.    The Issuer has filed the Required Filings.

 

3.    Under section 147.1(1) of the Act, the Cease Trade Order is hereby revoked.
