THE MANITOBA SECURITIES COMMISSION MSC RULE 2005-29 (Section 149.1, The Securities Act) Amendment Instrument for National Instrument 51-101 Standards of Disclosure for Oil and Gas Activities 1. This Instrument amends National Instrument 51-101 Standards of Disclosure for Oil and Gas Activities. 2. Section 1.1 is amended by: (a) repealing paragraph (a) and substituting the following: "(a) "annual information form" has the same meaning as "AIF" in National Instrument 51-102 Continuous Disclosure Obligations;" ; and (b) repealing paragraph (r). 3. This Instrument comes into force on December 30, 2005. 4. This Instrument may be cited as MSC Rule 2005-29.
