THE MANITOBA SECURITIES COMMISSION MSC RULE 2005-25 (Section 149.1, The Securities Act) National Instrument 51-102 Continuous Disclosure Obligations Amendment Instrument National Instrument 51-102 amended 1.1 This rule amends National Instrument 51-102 Continuous Disclosure Obligations. 1.2 Section 1.1 is amended (a) by repealing the definition of “mineral project” and substituting the following: “mineral project” has the same meaning as in National Instrument 43-101 Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects. 1.3 This Instrument comes into force on December 30, 2005. 1.4 This Instrument may be cited as MSC Rule 2005-25.
