THE MANITOBA SECURITIES COMMISSION MSC RULE 2010-12 (Section 149.1, The Securities Act) AMENDMENTS TO NATIONAL INSTRUMENT 13-101 SYSTEM FOR ELECTRONIC DOCUMENT ANALYSIS AND RETRIEVAL (SEDAR) 1. National Instrument 13-101 System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval (SEDAR) is amended by this Instrument. 2. Appendix A is amended by replacing “Interim Financial Statements”, wherever the expression occurs, with “Interim Financial Statements/Report”. 3. This Instrument only applies to periods relating to financial years beginning on or after January 1, 2011. 4. This Instrument comes into force on January 1, 2011. 5. This Instrument may be cited as MSC Rule 2010-12.
