PAUL RAYMOND HRANKOWSKI

WHEREAS:

(A) On May 19, 2005, pursuant to a Notice of Hearing issued May 3, 2005 (“Hearing”) and as set by Order No. 2523, the Hearing of the matter of Paul Raymond Hrankowski (“HRANKOWSKI”) proceeded before a panel of The Manitoba Securities Commission (“Commission”);

(B) Upon hearing the evidence as submitted on May 19, 2005, the Hearing having failed to conclude that day, the Commission pursuant to subsection 11(1) of The Real Estate Brokers Act (“Act”) issued Order No. 4768 dated May 20, 2005 lifting the interim suspension of the registration of HRANKOWSKI, previously granted pursuant to Order No. 2521 and subsequently lifted under conditions by Order No. 2523, for the period of May 20, 2005 to June 3, 2005 subject to certain conditions and adjourning the continuation of the Hearing to June 3, 2005;

(C) On June 3, 2005, the Hearing continued before the panel of the Commission and was concluded with a decision to be rendered by the panel in the future;

(D) Upon hearing the evidence and submissions of the parties during the Hearing, the Commission is of the opinion that in view of the foregoing there is cause to make this order and that it is in the public interest to do so.

IT IS ORDERED:

1. THAT, pursuant to subsection 11(1) of the Act, the registration of HRANKOWSKI is suspended commencing June 3, 2005 and continuing until a decision in the Hearing has been rendered by the Commission.
