LONDON PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS:
(A) London Property Management Ltd. operating as London Property Management ("London Property) is registered as a real estate broker under The Real Estate Brokers Act (the "Act").
(B) Nancy Busch ("Busch) is registered as an authorized official for London Property under the Act.
(C) It appears to The Manitoba Securities Commission (the "Commission") that London Property and/or Busch has committed or is committing or is about to commit a fraudulent act or any offence created by the Act.
(D) The Commission has received information from Staff of the Commission that London Property has failed to file its Annual Report as required by The Real Estate Brokers Trust Accounts Regulation.
(E) The Commission is of the opinion that in view of the foregoing there is cause to make this Order without notice to London Property or Busch and it is in the public interest to do so.
IT IS ORDERED:
1. THAT pursuant to subsection 11(1) of the Act, London Property’s registration as a broker and Busch’s registration as an authorized official under the Act be suspended effective October 11, 2006 through to October 25, 2006, both dates inclusive.
2. THAT, this matter be adjourned to Wednesday, October 25, 2006 at 9:00 a.m. at the offices of the Commission at 500 – 400 St. Mary Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba.
