and NANCY BUSCH
WHEREAS:
(A) On October 11, 2006, The Manitoba Securities Commission ("Commission") granted an interim order of suspension without notice to the respondents, London Property Management Ltd. o/a London Property Management ("London Property") and Nancy Busch ("Busch") pursuant to section 11(1) of The Real Estate Brokers Act ("Act") being Order No. 2563 ("Interim Suspension Order");
(B) Pursuant to the Interim Suspension Order, London Property’s and Busch’s registration under the Act was suspended from October 11, 2006 through to October 25, 2006, both dates inclusive;
(C) On October 25, 2006, the Interim Suspension Order was extended to February 28, 2007 pursuant to Commission Order No. 2565;
(D) Upon hearing submissions of counsel for Staff of the Commission and upon hearing the consent of Busch, the Commission is of the opinion that it is in the public interest to make this Order.
IT IS ORDERED:
1. THAT, pursuant to subsection 11(1) of the Act, the Interim Suspension Order is hereby extended until further order of the Commission.
2. THAT, the hearing of this matter be adjourned to Wednesday, August 29, 2007 at 9:00 a.m. before a Panel of the Commission.
