VERTICAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT INC., VINCENT CHIU,
AMANDA SAWATZKY AND PARALLEL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS:
(A) Vertical Property Management Inc. (“Vertical Property”) is registered as a broker under The Real Estate Brokers Act (“REBA”);
(B) Vincent Chiu (“Chiu”) is the president and sole shareholder of Vertical Property and is not registered in any capacity under REBA;
(C) Amanda Sawatzky (“Sawatzky”) is registered as the authorized official of Vertical Property under REBA
(D) It appears to the Commission that Vertical Property, Parallel Property, Chiu and/or Sawatzky has committed or is committing or is about to commit a fraudulent act or an offence against REBA or the regulations;
(E) The Commission is of the opinion that there is cause to suspend the registrations of Vertical Property and Amanda Sawatzky, and that it is in the public interest to make this order.
IT IS ORDERED:
1. THAT, under subsection 11(1) of REBA, the registration of Vertical Property under REBA be suspended.
2. THAT, under subsection 11(1) of REBA, the registration of Sawatzky under REBA be suspended.
