BANKIM PATEL
WHEREAS:
(A) Bankim Patel (“Patel”) is registered as a Salesperson under The Real Estate Brokers Act (the “Act”);
(B) Pursuant to Commission Order No. 2781 dated March 6, 2020, Patel’s registration under the Act was suspended due to his failure to complete the Ethics Course;
(C) Patel made representations to the Commission Panel concerning his suspension under Commission Order No. 2781.
Upon hearing submissions on behalf of Patel and Commission Staff,
IT IS ORDERED:
1. THAT, the suspension of Patel’s registration under Order No. 2781 is revoked.
2. THAT, Patel must complete and pass, within sixty (60) days, an Ethics Course to be arranged by the Registrar and the Manitoba Real Estate Association, failing which his registration will be suspended.
3. THAT, the suspension under paragraph 2 herein shall commence in sixty (60) days or on the date it is determined that Patel failed to pass the Ethics Course examination, whichever is earlier.
4. THAT, Patel immediately pay a reinstatement fee of $75.00.
