BANKIM PATEL
WHEREAS:
(A) Bankim Patel (“Patel”) is registered as a Salesperson under The Real Estate Brokers Act (the “Act”);
(B) Pursuant to Commission Order No. 2768, Patel was suspended for a period of three (3) months, ordered to pay costs of $5,000.00, and Patel’s registration was subject to conditions as determined by the Registrar;
(C) Upon completion of his suspension Patel’s registration was reinstated. The Registrar imposed conditions on Patel’s registration which included a condition that Patel complete an ethics course and exam, based on materials from the Real Estate Salesperson pre-licensing program, by February 28, 2020 (the “Ethics Course”). Patel has not completed the Ethics Course and examination as required by the condition imposed by the Registrar.
IT IS ORDERED:
1. THAT, under Section 11(1) of the Act, the registration of Patel as a Salesperson under the Act is hereby suspended effective immediately and shall remain so suspended until:
(a) Patel has passed the examination for the Ethics Course;
(b) Upon completing and passing the examination for the Ethics Course, Patel’s Broker forward a request to the Registrar that Patel be reinstated; and
(c) Patel pay the reinstatement fee of $75.00.
