National Instrument 62-103

The Early Warning System and Related Take-Over Bid

and Insider Reporting Issues

 

 

PART 1 – AMENDMENT TO NATIONAL INSTRUMENT 62-103

 

 

Amendment to Part 1 of National Instrument 62-103

1.1                   Subsection 1.1(1) of National Instrument 62-103 is amended by repealing paragraph (g) of the definition of “applicable provisions”.

 

Amendment to Part 2 of National Instrument 62-103

1.2                   Subsection 2.1(1) of National Instrument 62-103 is amended by adding the words “or section 5.4 of National Instrument 51-102 Continuous Disclosure Obligations,” after “section 2.1 of National Instrument 62-102 Disclosure of Outstanding Share Data”.

 

 

PART 2 – EFFECTIVE DATE AND CITATION

 

 

Effective date

2.1                   This Amendment comes into force on March 30, 2004.

 

Citation

2.2                   This Amendment may be cited as MSC Rule 2003-21.
